Having served in the U.S. Air Force and worked as a federal law enforcement officer, I am well-versed in the importance of training and career development to enhance my skills. Thanks to the Veterans Affairs department’s Vocational Rehabilitation Program, I have been allowed to pursue a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity Technology and expect to complete it by March 2024. Additionally, I am pursuing academic certifications such as A+, Security+, and Ethical Hacking, intending to finish them by 2025. My goal is to transition to a career as a cybersecurity professional, specifically in penetration testing and ethical hacking, with a strategic and tactical approach.

Apart from formal education, it is crucial to proactively seek knowledge by learning from industry experts. You can explore various resources like YouTube, podcasts, Hack the Box, Try Hack Me, and Cisco Academy to gather valuable insights on the subject. Seasoned cybersecurity professionals often advise beginners to share their experiences as a means to network and learn from others. As I continue my education, I plan to share my knowledge and insights via CYBERDUNN and welcome you to join me on this journey.
